why's it So Cheap?

Both Bill and Mr Alford have spent their lives championing Australian music. Through touring, hosting open mic nights, and organizing festivals, they've helped create opportunities for musicians while sharing the power and joy of live music.

Recognizing how difficult it can be for independent artists to access professional marketing, they set out to change that. The result is a service that delivers high-quality promotional videos at a price that independent musicians can actually afford.

By "stacking" our recording days, we've found that it's the best way to keep costs as low as possible. Each recording day is divided into five one-hour slots. To make a day financially viable for us, we need a minimum of three slots booked. That's the first part.

Next, if an artist is able to help fill all five slots. Whether by encouraging a few friends to book or by booking multiple sessions themselves then we're able to reduce the cost just $300 for every artist booked on that day, saving each artist a massive $200 each! It works out well for us, and we believe the savings should be passed directly back to the musicians.

We're completely transparent with our pricing because we genuinely believe in the strength of the music community. By working together and making the most of each recording day, we can keep professional, high-quality live sessions affordable for everyone. Good plan, right?
